Why We’re Building This

This started in living rooms.

With dinners that went long. Art nights creating together. Shared agreements.

People showing up for each other, not just for parties, but for real life.

Over time, those gatherings grew. The care stayed, but the spaces didn’t. We’ve rotated locations. We've adapted. We've made it work. And, we've kept running into the same limits: inconsistency, capacity issues, uncertainty, and the quiet fragility that comes with everything being temporary.

We’re proud of how much intention that took.

Now, we’re ready for a space where that care doesn’t have to be recreated every time.

So, we’re building something different.

What We’re Trying to Create

We’re building a permanent, membership-based social and creative space for polyamorous, kinky, and non-monogamous sex-positive,folks — one that’s grounded in consent, accountability, and care.

Not a nightclub.

Not a house party.

Not a place to consume and leave.

This is meant to be a space that holds people.

A place where:

You can arrive without explaining yourself

The agreements are clear and shared

The environment supports connection instead of rushing it

Social nights, art nights, and sensual or play-oriented events can all live under one roof — without having to reinvent the rules every time

The goal isn’t constant stimulation. It’s continuity.

What It Feels Like Inside

It’s calm before it’s sexy.

Intentional before it’s exciting.

Welcoming without being chaotic.

There are nights that are soft and creative.

Nights that are social and playful.

Nights that are explicitly sensual.

And there are clear boundaries between them.

You don’t have to guess what kind of night it is.

You don’t have to read the room at your own risk.

You don’t have to push past your own limits to belong.

The space does some of the work for you.

Why Membership Matters

Membership isn’t about exclusivity. It’s about shared responsibility

We want people inside this space who understand that culture doesn’t happen by accident. It’s created, protected, and maintained by the people who show up.

Before we raise money, we want to raise hands.

The application process isn’t about being chosen. It’s about alignment,  making sure expectations are shared and values are clear before anyone walks through the door.

Applying simply tells us: “This is something I want to be part of.”

Where We Are Right Now

Right now, this space exists in pieces:

In the events we host

In the relationships that have formed

In the agreements we practice

In the way people already treat each other

What we’re working toward is giving it walls.

And consistency.

And a future that doesn’t rely on borrowing space or starting from scratch every time.

An Invitation

If you’ve been to our events, you already know the feeling.

If you haven’t, but this resonates, if you’re craving a space that feels intentional, grounded, and human,  we’d love to know you’re here.

Applying doesn’t commit you to anything yet.It simply lets us count you as part of the community we’re building toward.

Before this becomes a place you can walk into, it has to be a group of people who believe in it.

A smiling middle-aged woman and a middle-aged man pose together in front of a shiny sequined backdrop with red curtains on either side. The woman is wearing a burgundy lace dress with earrings, and the man is wearing an open, black patterned jacket.

Thank you for helping us build this.
